Send me your list with variety and quantity via email tiutanya@gmail.com.   You will then receive an invoice within 2 business days.  Orders are not confirmed until payment is remitted.

You are welcome to keep adding to your order until the day of your pick up.  Pick up is at 10519 S Albany Ave, Chicago.

How to care for your dahlia tuber:

These tubers are presprouted which means they are viable and have an actively growing 'eye'.  Place tuber in a pot with moist organic potting soil.  Increase pot size if necessary.  Keep soil moist, but not water logged as tubers can rot with too much moisture.  Keep them indoors in a warm room until you are ready to plant outside after Mother’s Day.  The soil has to be consistently warm (60deg) for them to thrive. Dahlias do not tolerate cold and will rot if exposed to cold.

When planting outside, add a generous amount of organic compost.  I use tomato cages to keep mine upright as some varieties can get quite tall.  Dahlias benefit from organic fertilizer throughout the season.  Happy planting!
